OUR GOAL IS TO CREATE AN AWARD WINNING GOLF COURSE FOR PEOPLE OF OUR AREA TO SOCIALIZE AT AS WELL AS EARN RECOGNITION FOR OUR MANY MEMBERSHIPS AND COMPETITIVE GOLFING EQUIPMENT AND PROGRAMS.

SALARY AND WAGES. WE EMPLOY SOME VERY DEDICATED EMPLOYEES WHO KEEP UP OUR GREENS, FAIRWAYS AND COURSE BY MOWING, FERTILIZING AND MAINTAINING OUR COURSE TO EARN US RECOGNITION AS A HEALTHY AND COMPETITIVE PLACE TO GOLF.
OTHER PROGRAM SERVICES. CREDIT CARD CHARGES ARE INCURRED AS WE NEED TO ACCEPT PAYMENTS FROM OUR LOCAL PEOPLE ON CREDIT CARDS. DUES AND MEMBERSHIPS AND LICENSES AND PERMITS ARE ALL NECESSARY TO BE ABLE TO PROVIDE OUR LOCAL PEOPLE WITH THE BEST GOLF COURSE AROUND. REPAIRS AND MAINTENANCE IS NECESSARY IN ORDER TO KEEP OUR GROUNDS UP TO SNUFF TO KEEP A COMPETITIVE GOLF COURSE. RENT OF EQUIPMENT, WE NEED TOP OF THE LINE EQUIPMENT (TRACTORS, MOWERS, ECT) IN ORDER TO REMAIN COMPETITIVE IN OUR AREA. SUPPLIES, WE USE VARIOUS SUPPLIES ON OUR GOLF COURSE IN ORDER TO PROVIDE A COMPETITIVE PLACE FOR SOCIALIZING.
GROUNDS MAINTENANCE, IN ORDER TO MAINTAIN AN AWARD WINNING GOLF COURSE WE INCUR EXPENSES TO KEEP UP OUR GROUNDS. WE FERTILIZE, AERATE THE GREENS AND FAIRWAYS, AND MAINTAIN THE COURSE GROUNDS. THIS IS A VERY NECESSARY EXPENSE IN ORDER TO FULFILL OUR MISSION OF A COMPETITIVE AND WELL MAINTAINED GOLF COURSE.
PAYROLL TAXES WE INCUR PAYROLL TAXES TO KEEP OUR DEDICATED EMPLOYEES. THIS IS A VERY CRITICAL EXPENSE IN ORDER TO FULFILL OUR MISSION OF MAINTAINING AN AWARD WINNING GOLF COURSE.
