GOODWILL'S MISSION IS TRANSFORMING LIVES FOR GENERATIONS THROUGH LEARNING AND THE POWER OF WORK. WE PROVIDE TRAINING, JOBS, AND SUPPORT SERVICES FOR PEOPLE WITH BARRIERS TO EMPLOYMENT WHO SEEK GREATER INDEPENDENCE. OUR VISION IS THAT ALL PEOPLE HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO ACHIEVE SUCCESS IN THEIR PURSUIT OF WORK, INDEPENDENCE, AND A GREATER QUALITY OF LIFE.

EMPLOYMENT SERVICES: -CENTER BASED EMPLOYMENT- PAID EMPLOYMENT WITHIN GOODWILL'S FACILITIES THAT ENABLES INDIVIDUALS TO DEVELOP THEIR MAXIMUM VOCATIONAL POTENTIAL WITHIN A STRUCTURED AND SUPPORTIVE ENVIRONMENT. WORK IS THE BASIS OF ALL SERVICES. CENTER-BASED WORK OPPORTUNITIES INCLUDE CLERICAL, RETAIL, LIGHT MANUFACTURING AND SORTING/PRICING OF DONATED HOUSEHOLD ITEMS. IN THE YEAR ENDED 06/30/2022, GOODWILL SUPPORTED 62 CLIENTS THROUGH THE CENTER BASED EMPLOYMENT PROGRAM. -COMMUNITY AND SUPPORTED EMPLOYMENT- PAID EMPLOYMENT IN THE LOCAL BUSINESS COMMUNITY THAT ENABLES INDIVIDUALS TO DEVELOP THEIR MAXIMUM VOCATIONAL POTENTIAL WITHIN A STRUCTURED AND SUPPORTIVE ENVIRONMENT. WORK IS THE BASIS OF ALL SERVICES. COMMUNITY-BASED WORK OPPORTUNITIES INCLUDE JANITORIAL SERVICES, HOUSEKEEPING, DISHWASHING, FOOD PREPARATION, ETC. GOODWILL STAFF PROVIDE ONGOING SUPPORT TO WORKERS IN THE COMMUNITY. IN THE YEAR ENDED 06/30/2022, GOODWILL EMPLOYED 7 CLIENTS THROUGH THE COMMUNITY BASE EMPLOYMENT PROGRAM AND PLACED 12 CLIENTS THROUGH SUPPORTED EMPLOYMENT PROGRAM.
RETAIL SERVICES: GOODWILL'S MISSION CAN BE SEEN AT WORK THROUGH RETAIL STORES AND DONATION COLLECTION SITES WHICH CREATES AN ACCESSIBLE SHOPPING EXPERIENCE FOR ALL, AN ENVIRONMENTALLY CONSCIOUS ALTERNATIVE TO THE LANDFILL, AND HELPS TO SUPPORT TRAINING AND EMPLOYMENT SERVICES FOR HUNDREDS OF PEOPLE ANNUALLY.
