WE HELP THEM BECOME SELF-RELIANT IN MEETING THE NEEDS OF FAMILIES AND COMMUNITIES THROUGH TRAINING, EDUCATION, LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT, AND OTHER FORMS OF ASSISTANCE.
