MIDWEST FOOD BANK PROVIDES FOOD TO PARTNERING NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS SUCH AS FOOD PANTRIES, SOUP KITCHENS, HOMELESS SHELTERS, CHURCHES, AND OTHER NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS, FREE OF CHARGE, TO BE DISTRIBUTED IN THEIR COMMUNITIES.
MIDWEST FOOD BANK DISTRIBUTES CHILD-FRIENDLY FOOD ITEMS TO DEDICATED SCHOOL VOLUNTEERS. THE VOLUNTEERS PACKAGE IT TOGETHER IN A BAG TO GIVE TO THE STUDENTS ON FRIDAYS TO HELP THEM THROUGH THE WEEKEND. HOPE PACKS ENSURES CHILDREN DON'T GO AN ENTIRE WEEKEND WITHOUT ACCESS TO FOOD.
