TO FOSTER THE DEVELOPMENT OF YOUTH AGED NINETEEN (19) YEARS OF AGE OR YOUNGER AND SUPPORT THE EFFORTS OF ISD 720 SHAKOPEE SCHOOL DISTRICT AND ITS COACHES TO TEACH PROPER, SAFE TECHNIQUES AND ETHICAL PRACTICES OF SOCCER UNDER MINNESOTA YOUTH SOCCER ASSOCIATION ("MYSA") RULES; TO ENCOURAGE EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION, COOPERATION, SPORTSMANSHIP, AND HEALTHY COMPETITION; TO DEVELOP THE VALUE AND SELF-ESTEEM OF EACH INDIVIDUAL PARTICIPANT; AND TO CREATE AN ATMOSPHERE WHERE CAMARADERIE, INCLUSIVENESS, ACCOUNTABILITY, LEARNING AND RESPECT ARE VALUED.
