DUES RECEIVED TO PAY LEGAL FEES AND OFFICE-RELATED COSTS AND MEMBERSHIP COSTS FOR MAILERS TECHNICAL ADVISORY COMMITTEE AND POSTCOM. NO INDIVIDUAL PERSON RECEIVED A GRANT OR BENEFIT.
