TO PROVIDE A WORKER'S COMPENSATION COLLECTIVELY-BARGAINED PROGRAM AUTHORIZED UNDER MINNESOTA STATUTES: TO PROVIDE ALTERNATIVE DISPUTE RESOLUTION RULES AND REGULATIONS WHICH WILL PROVIDE A METHOD OF RESOLVING CONTESTED WORKERS' COMPENSATION CASES WITHIN THE STATE OF MINNESOTA TO IMPROVE THE SAFETY AND WELFARE OF WORKERS WHO ARE COVERED UNDER THE PROGRAM. AT THE END OF 2023, THE FUND HAD 366 PARTICIPATING CONTRACTORS EMPLOYING 23,179 TRADES-PEOPLE. DURING 2023, THE FUND HELD 95 INTERVENTIONS, 7 FACILITATIONS, 46 MEDIATIONS, 2 ARBITRATION, AND 50 NEUTRAL PHYSICIANS EXAMS.
