EAGLE BLUFF'S MISSION IS TO EMPOWER PEOPLE TO CARE FOR THE EARTH AND EACH OTHER BY PROVIDING CHILDREN AND ADULTS WITH LEARNING EXPERIENCES THAT GO BEYOND THE OFFERINGS OF TRADITIONAL EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS THROUGH OUTDOOR AND PUBLIC PROGRAMMING, ADULT EDUCATION, SUMMER CAMPS, NATURALIST FELLOWSHIPS, AND EXCEPTIONAL FACILITIES AND FOOD SERVICES.

EAGLE BLUFF, WHICH IS ONE OF SIX ACCREDITED RESIDENTIAL LEARNING CENTERS IN THE STATE OF MINNESOTA, PROVIDED NEARLY 6,500 STUDENTS AND ADULTS WITH ENVIRONMENTAL LEARNING EXPERIENCES THROUGH THE OUTDOOR SCHOOL AND SUMMER CAMP PROGRAMS IN 2021. STUDENTS EXPLORE THE NATURAL SCIENCES THROUGH HANDS-ON LEARNING EXPERIENCES THAT ARE TIED TO THE STATE OF MINNESOTA CURRICULUM OBJECTIVES IN HISTORY, LANGUAGE ARTS, AND SCIENCES, WITH AN EMPHASIS ON STEM(SCIENCE, TECHNOLOGY, ENGINEERING, AND MATH). EAGLE BLUFF SITS ON 250 ACRES OF PRAIRIE, FOREST, AND RIVER BOTTOM, WHICH SERVES AS A LEARNING LAB FOR DISCOVERING AND EXPLORING NATURE AND THE ENVIRONMENT.
