PASTORAL CARE: STAFF HOLDS WEEKLY GROUP MEETINGS WITH 20-30 PARTICIPANTS, HOLDS ANNUAL 26-WEEK COURSE FOR 20 PEOPLE, 10-15 ONE-TO-ONE PRAYER MINISTRY SESSIONS WEEKLY AND NUMEROUS OTHER PHONE AND EMAIL SUPPORT CONTACTS WEEKLY. OTHER ACTIVITIES DURING THE YEAR WERE THE FOLLOWING:* JOSHUA FELLOWSHIP: A DISCIPLESHIP PROGRAM FOR MEN BETWEEN THE AGES OF 18-29. THIS PROGRAM INVOLVES BIBLE STUDY, PRAYER, WORSHIP, TEACHING, SMALL GROUPS, SPORTS ACTIVITIES, RETREATS.* CALEBSPIRIT: A DISCIPLESHIP PROGRAM FOR MEN AGED 30 AND OVER. THIS PROGRAM INVOLVES BIBLE STUDY AND TEACHING, PRAYER, WORSHIP, RETREATS AND SOCIAL ACTIVITIES.* LIVING WATERS: AN INNER HEALING PROGRAM FOR MEN AND WOMEN INVOLVING WORSHIP AND PRAYER, BIBLE STUDY, SMALL GROUPS, LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT, AND ACCOUNTABILITY.* SIMON REFUGE: A DISCIPLESHIP AND PRAYER SUPPORT GROUP FOR MARRIED COUPLES. THIS PROGRAM INVOLVES BIBLE STUDIES, PRAYER, TEACHING, SMALL GROUPS AND RETREATS.* ELIJAH COMPANY: PARENTS' PRAYER SUPPORT GROUP. THIS PROGRAM INVOLVES WORSHIP, PRAYER, PERSONAL STORIES, TEACHING AND FELLOWSHIP.* CALLED OUT OF DARKNESS CELEBRATION: THIS EVENT IS HELD ANNUALLY IN OCTOBER TO SHOWCASE THE STORIES OF CHANGED LIVES. WE HEAR STORIES, WORSHIP AND FELLOWSHIP WITH BELIEVERS AT A LOCAL CHURCH IN THE METRO AREA. * PURE JOY! CELEBRATION: THIS EVENT IS HELD ANNUALLY EACH SPRING TO CELEBRATE CHANGED LIVES IN OUR MINISTRY. THE EVENT INCLUDES TESTIMONIES, WORSHIP AND FELLOWSHIP WITH ATTENDEES WHO COME FROM THE METRO AREA. * JUSTICE HOUSE OF PRAYER: OUTPOST OFFERS DAILY PRAYER MEETINGS. EDUCATION: OUTPOST SPONSORS THE UNDERSTANDING SEXUALITY SEMINAR AND OTHER WORKSHOPS FOR VARIOUS CHURCHES AND ORGANIZATIONS. WE OFFER AN INTERNSHIP PROGRAM FOR STUDENTS OR ADULTS. THIS INTERNSHIP INVOLVES LEARNING THE WORKINGS OF A NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATION, SPIRITUAL DISCIPLINES AND DEPUTATIONAL FUNDRAISING TECHNIQUES.
