TO SERVE OUR MISSION, WE DELIGHT IN CELEBRATING MARKETPLACE ROLE MODELS. EACH YEAR, WE RECOGNIZE DESERVING COMPANIES WHO DISPLAY AN OUTSTANDING LEVEL OF ETHICS AND INTEGRITY IN ALL ASPECTS OF THEIR OPERATIONS THOUGH BBB'S TORCH AWARDS FOR ETHICS COMPETITION. WE ALSO EXECUTE A STUDENT OF INTEGRITY ANNUAL SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM FOR HIGH SCHOOL SENIORS. RECOGNIZING THAT OUR MARKETPLACE HAS BOTH POSITIVE AND NEGATIVE INFLUENCES, WE FOCUS ATTENTION IN FRAUD PREVENTION EDUCATION. WE PROVIDE NUMEROUS IN PERSON AND VIRTUAL EDUCATION OPPORTUNITIES TO VARIOUS AT-RISK CONSUMER POPULATIONS INCLUDING SENIOR CITIZENS AND COLLEGE STUDENTS. OUR FRAUD PREVENTION INITIATIVES INCLUDE MANAGING CAMF (COALITION AGAINST MARKETPLACE FRAUD) WHICH IS A LONG-STANDING PARTNERSHIP WITH LAW ENFORCEMENT REPRESENTATIVES ACROSS BOTH MINNESOTA AND NORTH DAKOTA. IN ADDITION, WE MAINTAIN AN ONLINE EDUCATIONAL PORTAL, BBB LEARNING LAB. WE ALSO PRODUCE AND DISTRIBUTE MULTI-LINGUAL SCAM PREVENTION PAMPHLETS AND VIDEOS. FINALLY, WE MAXIMIZE OUR REACH THROUGH STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIPS TO INCREASE IMPACT AND ENSURE STEWARDSHIP OF OUR RESOURCES. THIS YEAR, WE COLLABORATED WITH THE SMALL BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION, THE MN SECRETARY OF STATE, MINNEAPOLIS REGIONAL CHAMBER OF COMMERCE, AARP, FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION AND MANY OTHER PUBLIC AND PRIVATE ENTITIES TO PROMOTE ETHICS AND SCAM PREVENTION MESSAGES.
