LIVING LINKS MISSION IS TO ENHANCE QUALITY OF LIFE BY PROVIDING DIVERSE SERVICES FOR PERSON'S WITH INDEPENDENT LIVING CHALLENGES. LIVING LINKS IS DEDICATED TO WORKING TOGETHER WITH PEOPLE FACING INDEPENDENT LIVING CHALLENGES TO ACHIEVE THEIR GOALS AND DREAMS.

OUR ICF-DD FACILITY SUPPORTS EIGHT INDIVIDUALS LIVING AT THE SITE IN EXPRESSING THEIR INDIVIDUALITY AND INCREASING INDEPENDENCE. EACH PERSON HAS HIS OR HER OWN BEDROOM AND ACCESS TO COMMON AREAS INCLUDING KITCHEN, DINING AREA, LIVING ROOM, AND RECREATION ROOM. STAFF PROVIDE 24 HOUR SUPERVISED CARE AND SUPPORT FOR THE INDIVIDUALS IN THE AREAS OF SELF-CARE, DAILY LIVING SKILLS, RECREATIONAL ACTIVITIES, AND COMMUNITY INTEGRATION.
EACH OF OUR FIVE SLS SITE HOMES IS SHARED BY THREE OR FOUR INDIVIDUALS. THE INDIVIDUALS SHARE COMMON AREAS AND HAVE THEIR OWN BEDROOMS. STAFF ENCOURAGES INDEPENDENCE, A SENSE OF OWNERSHIP, AND LIFE ENRICHMENT THROUGH A VARIETY OF ACTIVITIES SELECTED ACCORDING TO THE INTERESTS AND ABILITIES OF THE INDIVIDUAL.
