COMMUNITY SERVICES PROVIDED SUPPORT TO 20,582 INDIVIDUALS LAST YEAR WITH FOOD, CLOTHING AND FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE. 636,858 MEALS WERE SERVED TO 7,430 SENIORS; 8,467 CHILDREN ASSISTED BY 203 FOSTER GRANDPARENTS. ADULTS AND SENIORS RECEIVED CONGREGATE DINING MEALS ACROSS 25 SITES, ALSO HOME-DELIVERED MEALS WERE PROVIDED TO ADULTS AND SENIORS. CATHOLIC CHARITIES EMERGENCY SERVICES FOOD SHELF PROVIDED 1,301,978 POUNDS OF FOOD WHICH WAS DISTRIBUTED TO 7,999 INDIVIDUALS ACROSS 2,525 HOUSEHOLDS IN CENTRAL MINNESOTA.
CATHOLIC CHARITIES BEHAVIORAL HEALTH HELPS INDIVIDUALS AND FAMILIES DEVELOP AND ENHANCE PSYCHIATRIC STABILITY, SOCIAL COMPETENCIES, PERSONAL AND EMOTIONAL ADJUSTMENT, AND INDEPENDENT LIVING AND COMMUNITY SKILLS. CLOUD AND THROUGH SATELLITE SITES THROUGHOUT CENTRAL MINNESOTA. 589 PEOPLE RECEIVED SUPPORT THROUGH INDIVIDUAL, FAMILY AND MARRIAGE COUNSELING, 835 INDIVIDUALS WERE PROVIDED DAY TREATMENT AND SUPPORT SERVICES THROUGH HOPE COMMUNITY SUPPORT, YOUNG LEARNERS AND DAY TREATMENT PROGRAMS IN ST. CLOUD AND ELK RIVER.
SUPPORTIVE LIVING SERVICES PROVIDES HOUSING SOLUTIONS FOR PERSONS LIVING WITH DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES AND PERSISTENT MENTAL ILLNESS, AS WELL AS FINANCIAL AND HOUSING COUNSELING TO HELP KEEP INDIVIDUALS AND FAMILIES IN THEIR HOMES. 96 INDIVIDUALS WERE SERVED THROUGH OUR IN-HOME PROGRAM, 109 IN OUR RESIDENTIAL HOMES AND 449 WERE SERVED IN OUR FINANCIAL AND HOUSING COUNSELING PROGRAM.
