REHABILITATION AND SOCIAL SERVICES - PROVIDE FUNDING TO ENABLE COMPREHENSIVE TRAINING FOR GREATER INDEPENDENCE AT HOME, WORK AND SCHOOL FOR THE BLIND AND VISUALLY IMPAIRED. ALSO, PROVIDE FUNDING TO PROGRAMS WHICH ENHANCE INDEPENDENT LIVING, INCREASE OPPORTUNITIES AND EDUCATED THE COMMUNITY ABOUT VISION LOSS.
