EYE CARE PERSONNEL TRAINING - CBI SUPPORTS THE TRAINING OF DOCTORS, NURSES, AND MEDICAL PERSONNEL TO INCREASE EYE CARE CAPACITY.FOR EYE CARE PERSONNEL TRAINING, CBI COLLABORATES WITH A HOSPITAL IN INDIA (DR. SHROFF'S CHARITY EYE HOSPITAL - DELHI) TO PROVIDE STIPENDS AND SALARY FOR OPHTHALMIC AND ADMINISTRATIVE PERSONNEL. DURING 2022, CBI SUPPORTED THE TRAINING OF OVER 450 PARAMEDICAL PERSONNEL THROUGH THE COP PROGRAM AND OVER 50 VISION SCREENERS THROUGH THE AADYA INITIATIVE.
