THE ASSOCIATION PROVIDES BENEFITS TO ITS MEMBERS THROUGH ADVOCACY, EDUCATION, AND COMMUNICATION AMONG THE DENTAL COMMUNITY AND WITH THE GENERAL PUBLIC. STAR OF THE NORTH - THE ANNUAL CONVENTION EDUCATES MEMBER DENTISTS AND THEIR STAFF ABOUT NEW DEVELOPMENTS IN PATIENT CARE AND TECHNOLOGY. THE CONVENTION SERVES APPROXIMATELY 9,000 DENTISTS, DENTAL STAFF, AND STUDENTS.MEETINGS AND SEMINARS - MDA PROVIDES SUPPORT FOR AFFILIATE MEETINGS AND SEMINARS.
PUBLICATIONS - NORTHWEST DENTISTRY (A BI-MONTHLY PUBLICATION) EDUCATES MEMBER DENTISTS ON NEW RESEARCH AND TECHNOLOGY WHICH MAY IMPROVE PATIENT CARE. THE PUBLICATION SERVICES APPROXIMATELY 3,500 WITH EACH ISSUE.
