THE PURPOSE OF THE MARSHFIELD AREA COMMUNITY FOUNDATION IS TO RECEIVE AND ACCEPT PROPERTY EXCLUSIVELY FOR EDUCATIONAL, RECREATIONAL, ARTISTIC/ CULTURAL, CONSERVATION, COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT, CHARITABLE OR BENEVOLENT PURPOSES FOR THE BENEFIT AND IMPROVEMENT OF RESIDENTS OF THE CITY OF MARSHFIELD, ITS SURROUNDING AREA AND VICINITY AS DESIGNATED FROM TIME TO TIME BY THE MARSHFIELD AREA COMMUNITY FOUNDATION BOARD OF DIRECTORS, AND OTHER AREAS INCLUDED IN GIFTS OR BEQUESTS ACCEPTED BY THE FOUNDATION.
