THESE REPORTS INCLUDE THE STUDIES OF: HEALTH CARE COSTS, MEDICARE PATIENT MEDICAL TREATMENT COSTS, COMMERCIAL HEALTH PLAN COSTS AND MEASUREMENT METHODOLOGY OF SMALL MEDICAL PRACTICES.
