IT IS EQUITABLE IN ACCESS AND OUTCOME, FOR EVERY PERSON WHO LIVES ANYWHERE IN MINNESOTA. ANYTHING LESS THAN THIS IS INADEQUATE, DISCRIMINATORY AND UNJUST. THE STORIES AND EXPERIENCES OF MINNESOTANS ARE THE PROOF OF THE NEED FOR TRANSFORMATIONAL CHANGE. THIS ORGANIZATION IS COMMITTED TO THIS WHOLESALE CHANGE AND WE ARE CONSTITUTED TO CREATE IT.

OUTREACH/COMMUNICATIONS:PRODUCED 13 EPISODES OF THE OUR STORIES. OUR HEALTH. PODCAST, WHICH HAS BEEN PLAYED 2000 TIMES. WE ALSO ENGAGED WITH THE COMMUNITY THROUGH OUR SOCIAL MEDIA CHANNELS AND EMAIL. OUR EMAILS ARE DISTRIBUTED TO APPROXIMATELY 2500 INDIVIDUALS AND OUR SOCIAL MEDIA REACHES APPROXIMATELY 1700 INDIVIDUALS.
COMMUNITY CONVERSATIONS:CONDUCTED 2 TOWN HALL EVENTS, WITH APPROXIMATELY 80 ATTENDEES AT EACH.
EDUCATION:USED OUR SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORMS, BLOG, WEBSITE AND PODCAST TO SHARE UP-TO-DATE INFORAMTION ABOUT COVID-19, FOCUSING ON MINNESOTA-SPECIFIC INFORMATION.
