PROVIDE A MEDIUM FOR EDUCATIONAL AND CULTURAL EXCHANGES BETWEEN AFRICANS, AFRICAN AMERICANS, BLACK FOLX, PEOPLE OF AFRICAN DESCENT AND ALL PEOPLE WHO HAVE AN INTEREST IN OUR ISSUES.

GET THE SHOT CAMPAIGN:AFRICAN HERITAGE, INC. (AHI) HAS LAUNCHED A GRASSROOT CAMPAIGN TO STOP THE SPREAD OF COVID-19 IN OUR BLACK COMMUNITIES AND TO PROVIDE SUPPORT AND ASSISTANCE TO PEOPLE AFFECTED BY THE PANDEMIC.COVID-19 HAS RAVAGED ALL COMMUNITIES; HOWEVER, AFRICAN AMERICANS, BLACKS ARE MORE LIKELY TOCONTRACT AND DIE FROM COVID-19. AHI UNDERSTANDS THERE ARE MISTRUST AND MISINFORMATION THATHAS LED MORE THAN 50% OF AFRICAN AMERICANS TO BE HESITANT TO THE IDEA OF TAKING THE COVID-19VACCINE. WE WILL INCREASE AWARENESS AND ENCOURAGE OUR BLACK COMMUNITIES IN NORTHEAST WISCONSINAND SURROUNDING AREAS TO TAKE THE COVID-19 VACCINE BY USING CULTURALLY RELEVANT AND AUTHENTICMETHODS TO INCREASE A SENSE OF HOPE AND DECREASE HESITANCY


UPSKILLING PROGRAM: A FREE PROGRAM FOR SKILLS DEVELOPMENT DESIGNED FOR INDIVIDUALS READY TO LEARN DIGITAL SKILLS IN ORDER TO APPLY FOR IN-DEMAND JOBS IN THE REGION.


AFRICAN HERITAGE EMERGING STUDENT LEADERS INSTITUTE (AHESLI)AHESLI WAS ESTABLISHED AS A RESPONSE TO THE NEEDS OF BLACK/AFRICAN AMERICAN STUDENTS IN NORTHEAST WISCONSIN. IT IS A LEADERSHIP OPPORTUNITY FOR BLACK HIGH SCHOOL, COLLEGE STUDENTS, AND K-12 SCHOOL STAFF. AHESLI PROMOTES HIGHER EDUCATION, CAREER EXPLORATION, AND JOB OPPORTUNITIES FOR STUDENTS.
