THE ORGANIZATION ACHIEVES IT'S MISSION BY 1. HOLDING SEVERAL PROMOTIONAL EVENTS THAT BRING VISITORS INTO THE AREA. THIS INCREASES HEADS IN BEDS AT AREA LODGING FACILITIES, INCREASED REVENUE AT LOCAL BUSINESSES AND A BETTER UNDERSTANDING FOR THE AREA RESIDENTS OF WHAT THE AREA HAS TO OFFER. 2. THROUGH COMMUNICATIONS, SUCH AS ADVERTISING, NEWSLETTERS, ETC. THE COMMUNITY AND BUSINESSES CAN TARGET A LARGER AREA FOR MARKETING. THIS HAS ENABLED GROWTH AND DEVELOPMENT IN THE AREA. 3. CHAMBER BUCKS (GIFT CERTIFICATES) ARE GENERATED FOR SHOPPING IN THE LOCAL AREA. THIS ENCOURAGES SHOPPING LOCALLY, WHICH INCREASES REVENUES LOCALLY.
