ERI ALSO OFFERS STATEWIDE CONSULTATION, TRAINING, AND TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE TO EMPLOYERS, HUMAN SERVICE PROFESSIONALS, DISABILITY ADVOCATES, GOVERNMENT AGENCIES, AND THE PUBLIC REGARDING DISABILITY AND EMPLOYMENT ISSUES.

EMPLOYMENT RESOURCES, INC. (ERI) IS A NONPROFIT ORGANIZATION DEDICATED TO ENHANCING THE EMPLOYMENT AND INDEPENDENT LIVING OPPORTUNITIES FOR INDIVIDUALS WITH DISABILITIES. ERI SERVED OVER 2,750 TEENS AND ADULTS IN 2023 WITH EMPLOYMENT COUNSELING, WORK INCENTIVES BENEFITS COUNSELING, TICKET TO WORK SERVICES, DRIVING ASSESSMENTS, AND BENEFITS APPLICATION ASSISTANCE. ADDITIONALLY, THROUGH CONTRACTS WITH UNIVERSITIES AND GOVERNMENTAL AGENCIES, ERI CREATED SPECIALIZED TRAININGS, WEBSITES, AND RESOURCES THAT ADVANCE BEST PRACTICES FOR EMPLOYMENT SERVICES AND SUPPORT FOR BUSINESSES TO PROMOTE DIVERSE WORKPLACES. THESE TRAININGS AND RESOURCES REACHED MORE THAN 150,000 PEOPLE IN 2023. ERI'S INNOVATIVE APPROACH TO PROVISION OF DIRECT SERVICES, AS WELL AS CONTRACTED WEB, TRAINING, AND DESIGN EXPERTISE EMPOWERS INDIVIDUALS WITH DISABILITIES TO ACHIEVE THEIR WORK, HEALTH, AND INDEPENDENT LIVING GOALS, POSITIVELY IMPACTING THEIR QUALITY OF LIFE.
