PAPERFEST IS ALL ABOUT COMMUNITY, UTILIZING THE SUPPORT AND GENEROSITY OF LOCAL BUSINESSES AND VOLUNTEERS TO ORGANIZE A COMMUNITY EVENT FEATURING LIVE MUSIC, CARNIVAL RIDES, SPORTING EVENTS, KIDS' GAMES, AND MUCH MORE.
