PERSONAL CARE PROGRAM NORTH COUNTRY SERVES PEOPLE OF ALL AGES & DISABILITIES. NORTH COUNTRY ALLOWS OUR CONSUMERS TO HAVE A CHOICE IN HOW HIS/HER SERVICES ARE PROVIDED. NORTH COUNTRY PROVIDED PERSONAL/SUPPORTIVE HOME CARE TO 43 CONSUMERS. NORTH COUNTRY ALSO PROVIDED $368,234 IN PASS-THROUGH FUNDS FROM WISCONSIN MEDICAID THROUGH SUBCONTRACTORS TO 3 GROUP HOMES SERVING AN ADDITIONAL 10 CONSUMERS.
OTHER PROJECTS SUCH AS WISTECH ASSISTIVE TECHNOLOGY, UNIVERSAL SERVICE, CILWW, EXPANDED SERVICES, AND WISLOAN TELEWORK.

DOUGLAS, BAYFIELD, ASHLAND, IRON, PRICE, SAWYER, BURNETT, & WASHBURN. NORTH COUNTRY PROVIDES SERVICES TO THE FOLLOWING 4 TRIBAL COMMUNITIES RED CLIFF, BAD RIVER, ST. CROIX, & LAC COURTE OREILLES.
NORTH COUNTRY PROVIDED VOUCHER ASSISTANCE TO 186 INDIVIDUALS COVERING 182,883 MILES. THE PURPOSE OF THEIR 9,988 RIDES INCLUDE EDUCATION AND TRAINING, MEDICAL, SHOPPING AND PERSONAL, AND SOCIAL AND RECREATIONAL.
