EMPLOYMENT: MCC FOCUSED ON KEEPING INDIVIDUALS ALREADY IN JOBS WORKING. WITH THE ONSET OF COVID IN MARCH OF 2020, MCC PROVIDED LIMITED EMPLOYMENT SERVICES DUE TO LIMITED PUBLIC ACCESS. THE INFLUX OF JOB SEEKERS WAS VERY FAR AND FEW BETWEEN. THE PROGRAM ASSISTED 51 INDIVIDUALS WITH EMPLOYMENT IN THE YEAR ENDED JUNE 30, 2022.
TRANSPORTATION: MILWAUKEE CAREERS COOPERATIVE TRANSPORTED INDIVIDUALS TO JOB-SITES. DURING THE YEAR ENDED JUNE 30, 2022, 13,740 TRIPS (LOST TWO EMPLOYERS DURING COVID) WERE MADE TRAVELING 175,867 MILES WHILE CONNECTING INDIVIDUALS TO JOBS.
ASSESSMENT AND WORKSHOPS: DUE TO COVID THE LEARNING CONTINUES TO BE CLOSED UNTIL SPRING OF 2023. BUDGET MAINTENANCE CONTINUES TO BE A RELEVANT PROCESS FOR INDIVIDUALS TO UNDERSTAND, MONITOR AND CONTROL THEIR HOUSEHOLD BUDGET/FINANCES.
