THE TOP ONLINE COURSES DURING 2023 WERE: INSURANCE FRAUD BASICS, BODY SHOP FRAUD, HIT WHILE PARKED FRAUD, INTRODUCTION TO INSURANCE FRAUD INVESTIGATION, AND LISTENING FOR DECEPTION IN CLAIMS INTERVIEWS. IN 2023, 15,565 NICTA CE'S WERE PROCESSED.
