PROVIDE LEADERSHIP AND PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT OPPORTUNITIES THROUGH TRAINING EVENTS AND AN ANNUAL CONFERENCE. REPRESENT WISCONSIN HEAD START AGENCIES ON STATE, REGIONAL, AND NATIONAL INITIATIVES. ADVANCE THE COMMON NEEDS, INTEREST, AND POLICY PRIORITIES OF HEAD START, EARLY HEAD START, MIGRANT AND SEASONAL HEAD START AND NATIVE AMERICAN HEAD START FAMILIES, STAFF, AND AGENCIES THROUGHOUT WISCONSIN.
