A PROFESSIONAL ORGANIZATION FOR SENIOR FINANCIAL EXECUTIVES PROVIDING UNPARALLELED OPPORTUNITIES FOR CAREER ADVANCEMENT THROUGH NETWORKING, KNOWLEDGE, LEADERSHIP AND ADVOCACY. WE HOLD EIGHT DINNER MEETINGS, TWO SOCIAL EVENINGS, AND A VARIETY OF HOT TOPIC SESSIONS AND WEBINARS EACH YEAR. OUR DINNER MEETINGS ARE HELD AT VENUES SURROUNDING THE METRO DETROIT AREA. THE EVENING INCLUDES A CPE CAREER DEVELOPMENT SESSION, A CPE PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT SESSION, NETWORKING, DINNER, AND A TOP-NOTCH CPE KEYNOTE PRESENTATION. CURRENTLY, THE MEMBERSHIP COUNT IS NEARLY 600 MEMBERS, REPRESENTING A BROAD CROSS-SECTION OF METRO DETROIT'S FINANCIAL COMMUNITY. ONE CAN OBTAIN A YEAR'S WORTH OF MICHIGAN REQUIRED CPE CREDITS FROM FEI AT NO ADDITIONAL COST OVER MEMBERSHIP. UP TO 20 CREDITS ARE AVAILABLE BY READING SPECIFIC ARTICLES FROM THE FINANCIAL EXECUTIVE MAGAZINE AND TAKING A FIVE-QUESTION TEST ON-LINE. OVER ANOTHER 20 CREDITS ARE AVAILABLE BY ATTENDING THE DETROIT CHAPTER SPEAKER DINNER MEETINGS AND ADDITIONAL EVENTS.
