ADVOCACY SERVICES - FIELDED OVER 1800 CALLS FOR INFORMATION AND REFERRAL SERVICES. ASSISTED 116 FAMILIES TO ACCESS AND MAINTAIN THE FAMILY SUPPORT SUBSIDY. PROVIDED EDUCATION ADVOCACY TO 57 SCHOOL AGE CHILDREN AND THEIR PARENTS/GUARDIANS. PROVIDED INDIVIDUAL ADVOCACY TO 40 INDIVIDUALS WITH DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES TO ASSIST THEM TO OBTAIN AND MAINTAIN APPROPRIATE COMMUNITY BASED SUPPORTS FOR DAILY LIVING AND OTHER SERVICES THROUGH THE WASHTENAW COUNTY COMMUNITY MENTAL HEALTH SYSTEM.
