FUNDS WERE RAISED TO CHARTER TWO JETS TO FLY VETERANS TO SEE THEIR MEMORIALS IN WASHINGTON, DC. ONE HUNDRED AND EIGHY-EIGHT VETERANS WERE FLOWN, ACCOMPANIED BY ONE HUNDRED AND SEVENTY-SIX GUARDIAN VOLUNTEERS AND LEADERS. THE DATE OF THE FLIGHTS WERE MAY 4, 2019 AND SEPTEMBER 21, 2019. VETERANS WERE TREATED TO MEALS, GROUND TRANSPORTATION, AND GIFTS OF COMMEMORATIVE SHIRTS, HATS, COINS, BOOKS, ETC. UPON THE FLIGHTS' ARRIVAL HOME, THE VETERANS WERE GREETED BY A CROWD OF OVER 500 INDIVIDUALS, IN A WELCOME HOME EVENT.
FUNDS WERE RAISED TO HONOR VETERANS TWICE A MONTH AT A FREE VETERANS' BREAKFAST, WITH AVERAGE ATTENDANCE OF EIGHTY-THREE VETERANS, EVERY THIRD THURSDAY, AND A FREE VETERANS' WING NIGHT, WITH AVERAGE ATTENDANCE OF FORTY VETERANS, EVERY LAST WEDNESDAY.
FUNDS WERE RAISED TO PROVIDE VETERANS RESTORATION QUARTERS, A HOMELESS VETERAN HELP CENTER, CHRISTMAS GIFTS CONSISTING OF WINTER COATS, HATS, AND GLOVES FOR THREE HUNDRED AND FIFTY MEN, WOMEN, AND CHILDREN IN DECEMBER 2019. CHRISTMAS TOYS WERE ALSO DISTRIBUTED TO VETERANS CHILDREN.
