MISSION STATEMENT: PATHWAY RESOURCE CENTER'S MISSION IS TO FOSTER AFFORDABLE HOUSING, TRANSPORTATION SERVICES, PROVIDE TRAINING AND RESOURCES TO CREATE OPPORTUNITIES THAT PROMOTE RESIDENT SELF-SUFFICIENCY WHILE BRIDGING THE "DIGITAL DIVIDE AND REDUCING WELFARE DEPENDENCY AND CRIME. THE TARGET POPULATION INCLUDES UNDERSERVED, LOW-INCOME RESIDENTS (SENIORS, WOMEN, BLACK MALES, AT-RISK YOUTH AND FAMILIES) LIVING WITHIN AMBER WOODS APARTMENTS AND RESIDENTS LIVING ON THE FAR EASTSIDE OF INDIANAPOLIS AND SURROUNDING AREAS.VISION STATEMENT: PATHWAY IS A CARING TRANSFORMATIONAL CENTER OF EXCELLENCE THAT CONTRIBUTES TO THE WORKFORCE, FAMILY AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT OF THE COMMUNITY.
