PROVIDES FUNDING FOR PROGRAMS AND SERVICES THAT ASSIST PECKHAM PROGRAM PARTICIPANTS TO MAXIMIZE THEIR OPPORTUNITIES FOR INCLUSION, ECONOMIC ADVANCEMENT, AND SELF-DETERMINATION. APPROXIMATELY 6,000 INDIVIDUALS BENEFITED FROM THESE PROGRAMS.
JOB PLACEMENT & RETENTION: THIS PROGRAM IS RESPONSIBLE FOR PROVIDING FOLLOW-UP SUPPORT TO PERSONS WHO ARE TERMINATED OR WHO APPLY AND ARE NOT HIRED AT PECKHAM, COLLECTING AND ANALYZING DATA ON THESE INDIVIDUALS, COORDINATING M.R.S. NON-PROGRAM PLACEMENT REFERRALS, WORKING WITH OUR COMMUNITY EMPLOYMENT TEAM TO ASSIST INTERESTED PECKHAM TEAM MEMBERS TO FIND COMMUNITY PLACEMENTS, AND REINSTATING OUR JOB CLUB/JOB READINESS CLASSES FOR NON-SPONSORED TEAM MEMBERS.
