PROGRAM SERVICES ARE DESIGNED TO ALLOW MENTALLY ILL AND DEVELOPMENTALLY DISABLED ADULTS TO DEVELOP THE NECESSARY SKILLS FOR INDEPENDENCE, SELF RELIANCE, AND TO ACHIEVE THEIR PERSONAL GOALS. THESE ADULTS ARE GIVEN THE EMPOWERMENT TO LIVE AND WORK IN THEIR COMMUNITIES FREE FROM DISCRIMINATION. THE PROGRAMS STRIVE TO GIVE EVERY ADULT THE FRAMEWORK AND SUPPORT TO MAKE THEIR OWN CHOICES AND ENJOY THE RIGHT OF LIFELONG LEARNING.
