THIS FULL RANGE OF COMPREHENSIVE HOME HEALTHCARE SERVICES IS TAILORED TO THE INDIVIDUAL PATIENT'S NEEDS. SKILLED HOME CARE CLINICIANS, IN COLLABORATION WITH PHYSICIANS, OFFER SERVICES SUCH AS PROFESSIONAL NURSING, INFUSION THERAPY, INTERMITTENT CARE, MEDICAL SOCIAL SERVICES, HOME HEALTH AIDES, AND SPEECH THERAPIES. THROUGH VNH&HC, SERVICES PROVIDED ARE GUIDED BY THE HOSPICE PHILOSOPHY IN WHICH THE FOCUS OF CARE IS ON THE QUALITY OF AN INDIVIDUAL'S LIFE.
