PROVIDE RETIREMENT HOME HEALTH SERVICES AND OTHER SENIOR LIFESTYLE SERVICES FOR THE ELDERLY WHO CANNOT AFFORD SIMILAR CARE IN OTHER FACILITIES. THE ORGANIZATION CONSISTS OF 24 COMMUNITIES, WHICH PROVIDE ASSISTED LIVING AND MEMORY CARE SERVICES TO ELDERLY RESIDENTS THROUGHOUT MICHIGAN. THE COMMUNITIES CONSIST OF 1,028 ASSISTED LIVING UNITS, OF WHICH 985 ARE SUPPORTIVE CARE AND 312 ARE MEMORY CARE. IN ADDITION, STAFF OF THE ORGANIZATION MANAGE ASSISTED LIVING CENTERS IN HALE AND MUSKEGON, MICHIGAN, TOTALING 62 UNITS.
