PROVIDE MEDIATIONS AND INFORM THE PUBLIC OF MEDIATION SERVICES. IN 2021, WE SERVED 1,174 ADULTS AND 654 CHILDREN. OUR CASE RESOLUTION RATE WAS 84%. DURING THE YEAR, WE WAIVED 10,100 IN MEDIATION FEES FOR THOSE WITH FINANCIAL NEED. DONATED SERVICES FOR THE YEAR WERE VALUED AT 123,154.
