NO PART OF THE NET EARNINGS OF THE ASSOCIATION SHALL INURE TO THE BENEFIT OF, OR BE DISTRIBUTABLE TO ITS MEMBERS, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, OR OTHER PRIVATE PERSONS. THE ASSOCIATION IS NOT ORGANIZED FOR PROFIT.
