HOPE'S MISSION IS TO PLACE ABANDONED DOMESTIC ANIMALS INTO HOMES THAT WILL PROPERLY CARE FOR THEM. GOVERNMENT TAX LEVIES AND DONATIONS PROVIDE THE NECESSARY FINANCIAL SUPPORT TO COVER THE OPERATING EXPENSES OF THIS ENTITY.
SPAY AND NEUTER SERVICES AND MEDICAL TREATMENT. COSTS ARE INCLUDED WITH OTHER MEDICAL COSTS IN KEEPING ANIMALS HEALTHY FOR ADOPTION.
