INCOME FROM BGC-I WILL BE USED TO BENEFIT ACTIVITIES OF THE BOYS AND GIRLS CLUB OF LANSING TO THE EXTENT THAT THOSE ACTIVITIES ARE CONSISTENT WITH THE EXEMPT PURPOSE OF BGC-CHARTER SQUARE.
