HABITAT HOMEOWNERS ARE LOW TO MODERATE INCOME, HAVE STABLE EMPLOYMENT AND A DECENT CREDIT HISTORY. HOMEBUYERS ARE CHOSEN BASED ON NEED, ABILITY TO PAY AND THE WILLINGNESS TO PARTNER WITH HABITAT BY FULFILLING 200 - 300 HOURS OF "SWEAT EQUITY."
