PROVIDE MORTGAGE FINANCING TO LOW-INCOME HOMEOWNERS THAT HAVE PARTICIPATED IN CONSTRUCTION OF THEIR RESPECTIVE HOMES. ALSO, TO PROVIDE INFORMATION AND REFERRAL SERVICES ON BEHALF OF LOW-INCOME INDIVIDUALS SEEKING TO OBTAIN AFFORDABLE HOUSING.
