PHYSICAL, EMOTIONAL, AND SPIRITUAL SUPPORT TO TERMINALLY ILL PATIENTS AND THEIR FAMILIES. HOH PROVIDED 50,496 PATIENT DAYS OF CARE AND 4,958 PALLIATIVE CARE VISITS IN 2023, SERVING A TOTAL OF 2,267 PATIENTS. HOH ALSO HAD 685 PARTICIPANTS IN THE BEREAVEMENT PROGRAM.
