THE MISSION OF HOSPICE IS TO MAKE AVAILABLE TO ASHLAND, RICHLAND AND KNOX COUNTIES HIGHLY SKILLED, FLEXIBLE, COMPREHENSIVE CARE TO TERMINALLY ILL PATIENTS IN THEIR FINAL DAYS OF LIFE. HOSPICE, WHICH COORDINATES ITS SERVICES WITH OTHER COMMUNITY CAREGIVERS, ALSO ASSISTS IN THE GRIEF PROCESS AND BEREAVEMENT SUPPORT OF FAMILY MEMBERS OF THESE PATIENTS.
