HOSPICE OF THE VALLEY HELPS PEOPLE WITH TERMINAL ILLNESSES WITH A TEAM OF DEDICATED NURSES, SOCIAL WORKERS, PERSONAL CARE AIDES, GRIEF COUNSELORS, CHAPLAINS AND TRAINED VOLUNTEERS WHO PROVIDE QUALITY CARE TO ADDRESS THE PATIENT'S AND FAMILY'S PHYSICAL, EMOTIONAL AND SPIRITUAL NEEDS. THESE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED IN THEIR HOMES, IN THE HOSPITAL OR AT HOSPICE HOUSE, AN INPATIENT FACILITY. HOSPICE OF THE VALLEY ALSO PROVIDES FREE OF CHARGE EXTENSIVE BEREAVEMENT SERVICES TO THE COMMUNITY TO HELP PEOPLE WHOSE LOVED ONE HAS DIED.
