ARRANGE FOR AN ANNUAL CONFERENCE ENABLING SCHOLARS OF CHILDRENS LITERATURE TO CREATE AND DEVELOP COLLABORATIVE CONNECTIONS, EXCHANGE NEWS AND IDEAS, AND DISSEMINATE AND PRESENT CURRENT SCHOLARLY WORK.
