THE ASSOCIATION PROVIDES EFFECTIVE PROGRAMS TO WEST MICHIGAN EMPLOYEES AND ESSENTIAL DEVELOPMENT AND TALENT MANAGEMENT SERVICES TO COMPANIES. ASSOCIATION STAFF WILL HELP IDENTIFY THE SPECIFIC TRAINING NEEDS OF A COMPANY'S WORKFORCE, A DEPARTMENT OR AN INDIVIDUAL. WE ASSIST IN SETTING OBJECTIVES AND DESIGNING A PLAN TO ENSURE SUCCESSFUL, COST EFFECTIVE TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT FOCUSING ON COMPLIANCE ISSUES, PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT, LEADERSHIP AND SOFT SKILLS TRAINING. WE OFFER A FULL TRAINING SOLUTION INCLUDING: PUBLIC TRAINING, CUSTOMIZED ON SITE TRAINING, WEBINARS AND ONLINE TRAINING LIBRARIES, COACHING, TRAIN THE TRAINER, AND SHARED TRAINING RESOURCES.
