ASSOCIATION STAFF WILL HELP IDENTIFY THE SPECIFIC TRAINING NEEDS OF A COMPANY'S WORKFORCE, A DEPARTMENT OR AN INDIVIDUAL. WE ASSIST IN SETTING OBJECTIVES AND DESIGNING A PLAN TO ENSURE SUCCESSFUL, COST EFFECTIVE TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT FOCUSING ON COMPLIANCE ISSUES, PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT, LEADERSHIP AND SOFT SKILLS TRAINING.
