THE COLOR GUARD AND HONOR GUARD WERE PRESENT AT 20 FUNERALS AND PRESENTED A UNITED STATES FLAG TO EACH OF THE WIDOWS. THEY ALSO PARTICIPATED IN 1 PARADES. THE VFW ALSO DONATES HALL RENTALS TO VETERAN'S FOR FREE OF CHARGE.
ASSISTED THE DISABLED AND NEED WAR VETERANS BY VOLUNTEERING TO DRIVE THE DISABLED VETERAN'S VAN WHICH TAKES VETERANS TO THEIR MEDICAL APPOINTMENTS EACH WEEK. A LOCATION WHERE ALL VETERANS CAN SOCIALIZE WITH OTHER VETERANS, IN ORDER TO ASSIST WITH ADAPTING TO CIVILIAN LIFE. ALSO, TO SHARE THEIR EXPERIENCES WITH OTHER VETERANS.
EDUCATING STUDENTS ABOUT PATRIOTISM, FLAG ETIQUETTE, AND THE PROPER WAY TO FOLD AN AMERICAN FLAG. TWO MEMBERS ATTENDED DAILY ONE HOUR FOR A MONTH.
