THE CORPORATION WAS FORMED FOR THE PURPOSE OF OPERATING A 14 UNIT PROJECT KNOWN AS WILLIAM'S PLACE APARTMENTS LOCATED IN CAYCE, SOUTH CAROLINA, WHICH PROVIDES HOUSING FOR LOW INCOME ELDERLY PERSONS AND HANDICAPPED PERSONS. THE CORPORATION RECEIVES HOUSING ASSISTANCE FROM THE U.S.DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT PURSUANT TO SECTION 811 OF THE NATIONAL HOUSING ACT, AS AMENDED.
