MEISTER FUND: TO PROVIDE GRANTS TO ORGANIZATIONS THAT SERVE THE SENIOR CITIZENS OF DOUGLAS COUNTY THAT WILL BENEFIT AND ENHANCE THEIR QUALITY OF LIFE.
