CONTRIBUTIONS TO ALTON MEMORIAL HOSPITAL SUPPORT THE FOLLOWING DEPARTMENTS AND/OR COMMUNITY PROGRAMS: THE DEVELOPMENT OFFICE, PARISH NURSE PROGRAM, EMERGENCY DEPARTMENT, COMMUNITY SCHOOLS PROGRAM, WOMEN AND INFANTS CENTER AND 1 NEW AMBULANCE.
THE FOUNDATION PROVIDED FUNDS TO ALTON MEMORIAL HOSPITAL FOR NURSING EDUCATION EXPENSES. EXPENSES INCLUDE THE COST OF CONTINUING EDUCATION COURSES FOR SEVERAL MEMBERS OF THE NURSING STAFF AND SCHOLORSHIPS FOR STUDENTS PURSUING A NURSING CAREER.
