TO ACTIVELY SEEK AND INVEST CHARITABLE SUPPORT FOR ST. JOHN HEALTH SYSTEM, INC., SO THAT THEY MAY IMPROVE THE HEALTH AND WELL-BEING OF ALL THE PEOPLE IN THE COMMUNITIES THEY SERVE.

THE ST. JOHN HEALTH SYSTEM FOUNDATION PROVIDES FINANCIAL SUPPORT FOR THE OPERATION AND CONTINUED GROWTH OF ST. JOHN. EACH YEAR, THE FOUNDATION RECEIVES MANY GRANTS, CONTRIBUTIONS, DONATIONS AND GIFTS SUPPORTING THE WORK OF ST. JOHN. GIFTS TO THE FOUNDATION ENABLE THE HEALTH SYSTEM TO EXPAND EXISTING SERVICES AND ADD IMPORTANT NEW PROGRAMS. IN RECENT YEARS, FOUNDATION FUNDS HAVE HELPED BUILD AND EQUIP A NEW PEDIATRIC INTENSIVE CARE UNIT, OPEN A KIDNEY DIALYSIS CENTER IN AN UNDERSERVED PART OF TOWN, AND EXPAND OUR PRE-ADMISSION TESTING LAB. AS PART OF THE ASCENSION CATHOLIC HEALTH MINISTRY, THE FILING ORGANIZATION SERVED IN SUPPORT OF ASCENSION'S COMMITMENT TO BOTH CARE FOR PATIENTS AND COMMUNITIES AND SUPPORT CAREGIVERS AND OTHER ASSOCIATES THROUGH THE CHALLENGES OF THE COVID-19 GLOBAL PANDEMIC IN FY22.
